We own the property jointly. Who has to register?
Each joint landlord makes their own landlord entry, and you share one entry for the property. If any one of you is not registered, you cannot get a possession order on most grounds.
The detail
Joint landlords must each make their own landlord entry, but share one entry for the property. Only one active entry can exist for a property at a time.

If any one of the joint landlords is in breach of the duty to register, the court cannot make a possession order on most grounds.

You register yourself once (a landlord entry) and then each property (a property entry). You can only add a property once your landlord entry is active. You get a unique number for yourself and one for each property, and the fee is paid per property.
